Terms of Service

By using this site or engaging Miinty (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or our services.

We build websites and run local-growth marketing for HVAC and home-services contractors — websites, local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, missed-call text-back, paid search/LSA management, and co-op claim support. The exact scope is whatever's in your plan.

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There's no setup fee — the build is included. Your first 90 days are an initial runway so the work has time to show, and after that it's month-to-month; you can cancel for any month going forward.

Advertising budget (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, any media spend) is yours and is paid directly to the platforms. We never mark it up and it's never our revenue.

You own your website, domain, content, and accounts — code, copy, and logins, in writing. If we part ways, you keep your storefront. Third-party tools and platforms remain governed by their own licenses.

Live in 14 days or the build is free. More booked jobs in 90 days or we keep working free until you do. These depend on reasonable cooperation — timely content, access, and approvals from you — and the specifics are spelled out in your plan.

We will never promise you “#1 on Google.” Nobody honest can. We track real outcomes — calls and booked jobs — on your Scoreboard.

Co-op reimbursement is set by your manufacturer and distributor and is subject to their approval, brand rules, and pre-approval. We prepare the compliant claim; the dealer of record submits it. Funds go to you, not us, and our fee is owed whether or not a claim clears. Figures we show are typical ranges for education, not a guarantee.

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with its operation. You're responsible for the accuracy of information and approvals you provide for your campaigns.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
